"A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 737-300, flight PK-326 from Karachi to Quetta (Pakistan), performed a visual circling approach to runway 31 at Quetta, but lined up for the taxiway and landed on the taxiway. The landing was safe as there was no other traffic on the taxiway.
Both flight crew were removed from duty, a replacement crew continued the flight for the next leg to Lahore.
The taxiway at Quetta is more prominent than the runway itsself and carries full runway markings as military only runway 31L/13R."Fonte
